Beat the boring chicken breast recipe blahs with this uniquely sweet marinade. Serve the chicken with quinoa and veggies for a delicious new dinnertime favorite!
Ingredients
6 chicken breasts
1¼ cups orange juice
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp Maison Orphée balsamic vinegar
6 cloves of garlic, minced
grated rind of ½ an orange
½ cup parsley, chopped
1 hot pepper, seeded and chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
1/3 cup Maison Orphée extra virgin olive oil

Directions
Arrange chicken in a single layer on a baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
Grill the chicken for 4-6 minutes on each side until they are done. While grilling, brush the chicken with remaining marinade. Serve over quinoa and vegetables and enjoy!
