
Heat oil in skillet.
Saute onion and garlic.
Add ground beef.
Brown.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer 25 minutes.

1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4-1/2 lb extra lean ground beef
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder ( or more, to taste)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
1 dash cinnamon
1 dash ginger
1 dash turmeric
1 cup tomato juice ( or 1 cup canned tomatoes)
1/2 cup potatoes, peeled and diced
1 cup green beans ( fresh, frozen or canned)
