Beat together eggs, cream, and cheese.

Pour over noodles and dot with butter.

Bake at 350F about 45 minutes or until bubbly in the center.

1 lb ground pork

1 slice bread, soaked in

milk, and wrung out

1 minced leeks

1/2-1 teaspoon fennel seeds

1/4 cup chopped parsley

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

4 eggs

2/3 cup cream

1/4 cup grated hard cheese

1/4 cup butter
