Salad Meal

Less of a recipe and more of an idea, this helps you create full salad meals with what you have on hand. Healthy and money saving!

Ingredients:

  • Lettuce leaves
  • Any available raw veggies, cut into bite size pieces
  • Raw pumpkin or sunflower seeds
  • Serving size of:  Cold chicken, seafood, or hard boiled eggs, chopped or shredded,  or a combination of beans and grains
  • Hemp oil and Bragg’s Vegetable seasoning (liquid) to taste for an easy dressing

Steps/Methods:

Fill a large plate and eat!  It’s possible to make this in 5 minutes!
