- Raw pumpkin or sunflower seeds
- Serving size of: Cold chicken, seafood, or hard boiled eggs, chopped or shredded, or a combination of beans and grains
- Hemp oil and Bragg’s Vegetable seasoning (liquid) to taste for an easy dressing
