Ingredients:

200 g fresh prawns

100 g mussels

100 g squid, fresh

60 g arborio rice

10 g fresh shallots, chopped

40 ml oil

20 g butter

2 g garlic, chopped

1/16 g saffron

30 g parmesan cheese

20 g butter

75 ml white wine
