Simply place all the ingredients in the slow cooker, turn it on low for 6-8 hours and have dinner on the table within minutes.
1 1/2 lbs skinless chicken breasts
1 cup carrots, peeled and chopped
1 yellow onion, finely chopped
1 cup celery, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 cups organic chicken broth
1 cup water
3/4 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 tsp dried sage
2 bay leaves
2 cups uncooked wide egg noodles
Salt and pepper, to taste
Add everything to slow cooker and cook 6-8 hours on low. Pull apart chicken before serving.
