Thai Basil Prawns

There really is nothing better than throwing some prawns on the grill. Try this delicious Thai Basil Prawn recipe that infuses ginger and lime with the succulent taste of shrimp. You're definitely going to love this!

Ingredients:

1 and a half cups of plain yogurt (I use fat free)

1/4 cup fresh Thai basil finely chopped

4 garlic cloves finely chopped

2 teaspoons lime juice

1 teaspoon minced ginger

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

Mix the above together. Then cover the prawns (shell removed) with it. Grill and enjoy!
