Thai Pork Stir Fry Recipe with Garlic Pepper Sauce

This Thai pork stir fry recipe cooks up in a matter of minutes. The quick marinade softens and flavors the meat while you prep the rest of the meal. Serve over rice, noodles or a grain like quinoa for a truly healthy meal!

Ingredients

1 pork tenderloin (or 5-6 chicken breasts), cut into bite size pieces

1 whole garlic

1 handful of fresh cilantro

1/4 cup of San-J Tamari

1/4 cup fish sauce

1/4 cup hoisin sauce

2 tablespoons black pepper

1 tablespoon white pepper

1/2 cup of Maison Orphée grapeseed oil, plus additional for pan

2 tablespoons of water

1 bunch green onions, chopped at an angle

2 cups bean sprouts

2 cups snap peas

1/2 cup cashews

1 teaspoon Maison Orphée unrefined sesame oil

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine Tamari, fish sauce, hoisin sauce, black and white pepper, grapeseed oil and water. Combine garlic and cilantro in a food processor or chopper and add to mixing bowl. Add the pork, mix well and let sit for 20 minutes.

In the meantime, stir-fry onions, bean sprouts, snap peas and cashews. Once cooked, add sesame oil and mix well. Transfer to large mixing bowl and cover. Heat additional grapeseed oil in a pan to high heat. Add the pork mixture and stir fry. Once cooked, pour pan contents over veggies, mix well and enjoy!
