Tropical Smoothie

This smoothie drink is a nutritional taste of the tropics! A great way to feel fresh and light, even during the winter months. Using frozen fruits could make this easy for any day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange
  • 1/2cup fresh pineapple
  • 2 large handfuls spinach
  • 2 cups water
  • For extra sweetness add stevia or any natural sweetener

Steps/Methods:

  1. Combine in a blender.
  2. That's it, you're done, enjoy!
