Vegetable Tea

Consuming vegetable tea is mineral rich and warming to the body.

Ingredients:

  1. Cut into small chunks 1 onion, 1 sweet red or hot pepper add 32 ounces of purified water
  2. Add 2-4 Tbls Nama Shoyu (raw soy sauce) to taste
  3. to taste: cayenne pepper, garlic
  4. any herbs such as basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, cilantro, onion powder…
  5. -1 lemon or lime juiced
  6. Optional vegetables; cabbage, asparagus, spinach, kale, sea vegetables.

Steps/Methods:

Bring to boil, turn off heat, keep lid on and let simmer for 10 minutes. Strain off the bulk vegetables and drink the broth.
