1 small onions

1 cup tomato sauce

1 cup catsup

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 teaspoons vinegar

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons dry mustard

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
