Dandelion is famous for toning and cleansing the liver. The leaves, yellow flowers and roots are all edible.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of fresh unsprayed dandelion leaves and a few flowers (not the dead ‘wishes’)
- 1 cup of arugula
- 1 tablespoon of sliced purple onion
- ½ mango, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- pinch of Celtic Sea Salt to taste
Steps/Methods:
Toss all of the ingredients in a bowl and serve.
