Very Cherry Flax Oil Smoothie Recipe

Cherries are sweet, juicy, just a little tart, and full of health promoting goodness. Combined with the anti-inflammatory, mood-boosting omega-3s found in flax oil, this sweet smoothie is sure to put a smile on your face.

Ingredients:

2 cups pitted fresh cherries

1 cup plain organic yogurt

2 tbsp Barlean’s Organic Flax Oil

1 tbsp raw honey
